From 19th.07. to 26th.7.2014 starts "sunshine4Kids e.V." the second sailing action on the Baltic Sea. The tour starts from Fehmarn with more than 100 children, 30 yachts and a traditional ship. ...enable a few nice days on the tour. The Kids should have be the chance to leave for a few days, let all the stress behind and just be a "child". For the initiator Gabi Shepherd it's also about time for conversations, maybe to create a new beginning. What began in Croatia in 2007, was continued 2013 on the Baltic Sea. This year, over 30 shipowner provide commitment and their sailboats for 1 week. Also like last year, 6 children from Lübeck are members on the tour sunshine4kids this year. The organizers from the Lübeck Marathon e.V enable these 6 children the tour. They have saved money through 1 year, ran 80 kilometer at a treadmill action and get through a fundraising campaign at the annual general meeting the total cost for 6 children together. On 19th.07.2014 a team will pick up the children with the bus, which is provided by the company Hugo Pfohe Lübeck for this action and drive to Fehmarn where the tour begins. On the same evening a common port festival is celebrated with the children. On 25th.07.2014 the bath is about to arrive in Travemünde during the Travemünder Woche and on 07th.26.2014 the bath will perform a musical on the festival stage with the band Schandmaul. The Lübeck Marathon e.V. is also looking for children from Lübeck who fulfill the conditions to be 2015 a member of sunshine4kids (they should can swim and be in the mood for sailing).
